The Building Construction Technology department at PCC, under the
direction of
Bill Hill, his instructors, and students, build state of the art homes
every year which are then auctioned off to the public. This years
auction was October 15th. One home sold, but
one is still available. It's
smart way to get a great home at a ridiculously low price.
