| This year's tour focuses on energy
efficiency, building science, and renewable energy, and will
also feature four residential projects - one built with
insulated concrete forms, two NAHB Certified Green Homes and Energy Star
(one of which has thermal solar), and one
new construction garage with a 5.16Kw photovoltaic solar system
generating enough power to the adjacent home to make it close to a net
zero carbon footprint. |
